Richard of Middleton (died 1300), also Richard Middleton (surnames were often muddled at that time) was an English theologian and philosopher of the 13th century. Also Richardus de Mediavilla.

He served as chancellor for several years from 1269 to 1272.[1] He published his Commentary on the Sentences in 1294. A Franciscan with some Thomist leanings.
